My First Linkathon

Not much "-athon" about it but I had to share...

A pastor's wife's take on a Carrie Underwood song...funny.

The New Dora...no longer a-dora-ble

Enjoy!

Thanks for the chuckle - that was hilarious! I am sure that Matt never gets himself into hot water with over sermon illustrations! ;)

BTW, you are blooming gorgeous at the moment, I hope I look half as good as this pregnancy progresses, any tips for number three? How do you get enough sleep? Blessings to you all.

So funny, my mom sent me the link to the pastor's wife's thing, and now EVERY time Matt mentions you in a sermon I think of it and smile. :-)
Praying for you daily my friend!

Link 2 - disturbing. Poor little Dora.

My wife informed me a few nights ago that Dora had grown up and was "all sexy" now. We decided that Dora will be gone from our house, possibly all together. We'll see how it plays out but Dora might not be baby sitting my little guys while we do stuff around the house.( if we did such a thing...)

Hi, I somehow came across your blog. My husband listens to your husbands sermons on his drive to work every week! :)

And...

I cant believe the "new" Dora. Thats so sad. I guess my kids will have to stick with their Veggietales and Hermie and Wormie videos!

All I can say is Yikes!! On a completely other note, my daughter just got a bike for her 4th birthday so when I saw this little girl riding her bike so fast the other day, I thought "Wow, what a good bike rider!" Then I saw a cute little boy on a trike trying to keep up. Then I realized it was you and Matt. I only see you in church so seeing Matt in shorts was kinda funny :)

Hey Lauren,
I don't know if you remember me but I am Beth (Eager) Zanolini's cousin, Kate. I came across a link to your blog on Beth's blog.
My husband has been hospitalized for the last three weeks due to a freak accident, has had two surgeries, and will probably be in the hospital a while longer still. Anyway, I've enjoyed passing time while I'm at the hospital reading your blog. As a mother (of a baby girl named Nora!!) and a wife, I find a lot of your older blogs inspirational. (this one was just plain funny!) Thanks for giving me both encouragement and a little humor - both things I need during a difficult time.
I have a blog that I'm updating on a daily basis as my family goes through this difficult season. If you ever want to check it out, it's www.kateanddustin.blogspot.com
Thanks for being so genuine and relatable! God bless!
